Peel and chop the potato to fry in plenty of oil. As you heat up a wok or frying pan, add the meat, which should be ready within 3 to 4 minutes. Cut the meat into sizable strips and season them with salt, pepper, cumin and vinegar.
Add the meat to the hot wok or pan and, when it is ready, add the onion and tomato to fry them and give them flavor along with the meat. Then serve with the French fries and white rice as desired.
