Itinerary:

Day 1: Chiclayo

Arrival in the city of Chiclayo, reception and transfer to the chosen hotel. Rest of the day free.

Overnight in Chiclayo.

Meals: None.

Day 2: Túcume and Royal Tombs

Departure to Túcume to visit its archaeological complex, famous for its pyramids and terraces that surround the magical mountain traditionally known as 'Purgatorio' (Purgatory) or 'la Raya' (the Stingray). Between 24 and 26 pyramids can be admired, including Huaca las Estacas and Mirador, among others. Afterwards, we will head to Lambayeque to visit the new and modern Royal Tombs of Sipán Museum to appreciate the treasures of the Lord of Sipán and a vast collection of gold, silver and copper objects.

Day 3: Tour of Beaches and Monsefú

Breakfast at the hotel. We will visit the Resort of Pimentel, the main one in the province, where the traditional 'Olympic' games, competitions of surfing, board, beach volleyball, 'caballito de totora' watercraft and line fishing take place, and where early 20th century architecture and contemporary buildings are preserved together with a wide boardwalk and the old pier. Caleta De Santa Rosa (Santa Rosa Cove), picturesque due to the use of the ‘caballitos de totora’ watercraft, where you will be able to admire the sanctuary of the Señor de los Milagros (Lord of Miracles), Puerto Eten, and then we will head on to the town of Monsefú, famous for its straw and cotton yarn fabrics, where you can see several craftsmen at work and visit the craft market.

Day 4: Sipán

Departure to Huaca Rajada, where the tomb of the Lord of Sipán has been found. The opulence of its ornaments and the high degree of technological advancement in its goldsmithing work make it the most important archaeological discovery of the century. We will visit the site museum and explore excavations. At the desirable time, transfer to the airport or bus station to take the flight or bus back.
