The tour begins at the Miraflores boardwalk, from where you have a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean; from there, we will go to the Huaca Pucllana pre-Columbian ceremonial and administrative center, dating back to the 4th century AD, that has survived the urban expansion of Lima; and, after a brief stop, we will continue to the financial center of the city, in San Isidro, passing through 'El Olivar' park where you will see colonial plantations of olive trees which are more than 450 years old and mansions from the early 20th century. Relive the past, learning more about the center of the Spanish colony, which was established here in the 16th century, and where the most representative buildings of the colonial and republican eras were built. Visit a Lima Convent, a religious and architectural jewel adorned with paintings, images and stories. From there we will head to the Pueblo Libre district to visit the Larco Museum: an 18th century colonial mansion home to over 3,000 years of pre-Columbian Peruvian history. Today, it has an exquisite collection of gold and silver jewelry and items of worship that showcase the great skill of the ancient Peruvian goldsmiths.
